Kelowna Snowmobile Club Poker Run Rules
- The Kelowna Snowmobile Club and Central Okanagan Search and Rescue worked together Sunday night bring a missing snowmobiler out of the backcountry. He was apparently on his way to a poker run in the Greystokes area when he went off the trail and buried his machine. The man was found about 3 a.m. Monday and was in good shape, other than being cold.
- Today is the 4th Annual Black Mountain Motors poker run. This year we are going on an intermediate/expert ride so only those advanced riders should register. It is a bit chilly so dress warm. Riders meeting is starting at 10AM. Come up and try to win the prize money. We have tons of prizes for all ages.
Dozens of Hells Angels and associates were pulled over by police on Kelowna's Glenmore Road Saturday, not long after the riders left the Kelowna Hells Angel's clubhouse on their annual Poker Run. Cops were apparently confused over the route. 'An RCMP traffic unit initiated a traffic stop with the lead bikers to address the situation.' |
